This course was built on flat terrain The back nine can be extremely difficult because six holes play straight into the prevailing wind and feature water hazards on the left sides of the fairways or out of bounds stakes on the right side of the fairways Most every hole has either water hazards or sand bunkers coming into play The signature hole is 12 a 437 yard par 4 which plays into a prevailing wind and has water down both sides of landing area Water also bisects the fairway 240 yards for the tee box and the second shot must avoid trees water and bunkers around the green
